Health and Safety

Natasha and her team are not liable for any allergic reactions to products used. Clients are responsible for informing Natasha in advance of any hypersensitivity to makeup products.

Natasha and her team do not accept liability for any claims arising from misuse, allergic reactions, or injuries resulting from the use of provided products and equipment. By agreeing to these terms, clients release Natasha and her team from all liability in such situations.

Natasha and her team reserve the right to cease work if clients display antisocial behavior, contagious symptoms, or any other behavior/symptoms that compromise safety or comfort.

Children attending bookings must be supervised by a responsible adult for their own safety. Natasha and her team are not liable for any injuries sustained by children in the service area.

Refunds

Natasha does not offer refunds for any completed services. If you are in any way dissatisfied, the onus is on you to notify Natasha whilst she is on location.

Clients wishing to assess Natasha's work in advance are encouraged to schedule a bridal or group trial.

Bridal Booking Conditions

Upon agreement of a booking date and price, clients must pay a non-refundable 50% security deposit, deducted from the total cost.

The remaining balance can be paid in cash on the day or via direct debit at least 7 days prior.

Natasha does not hold bookings for clients who haven't paid the security deposit.

Cancellations must be communicated in writing. The 50% security deposit will be retained regardless of notice given, covering administration costs and compensating for the inability to service other clients.

Miscellaneous

Damage to or theft of Natasha’s property caused by any person, (including children), requires on the spot compensation for the full value of the relevant item plus shipping costs.

You acknowledge that Natasha may use any images, video or any other electronic means, for advertising or promotional purposes such as but not limited to her website and social media accounts. Please advise if you do not wish for your image to be used.

Clients are legally bound by these terms and conditions upon making a booking and/or paying the security deposit.
